Grand Lake Walk to End Alzheimer's

Join us to raise awareness and funds to support the local programs and services of the Alzheimer's Association including 2 support groups in Grand Lake area along with many education programs and care consultations for families. Event includes Activities, Opening & Promise Garden Ceremony honoring Caregivers, people living with dementia, and those who have lost a loved one to this devastating disease, and a 1 mile walk (not required).
