We Need Everyone's Help
In order to participate in the goodie bag we kindly ask each business to have someone help out in one or both of these activities:

Assist In The Bag Stuffing
A “Bag Stuffing Mixer” event will be held on July 30 at 3pm at the Village Office. Stop by to help fill the goodie bags and enjoy a few drinks.

Walk In The Parade
Walk in the parade with your business apparel to help hand out the goodie bags to thousands of people watching the parade, just waiting for you to hand them a 'goodie bag'.
Lemonade & Iced Coffee Stand
Another great volunteer opportunity, as a business, you can block a shift or two and help staff it with your employees. Feel free to wear your business apparel while working your shift. Sign up here if you'd like to volunteer for a shift. It's a fantastic way to participate and help make the community picnic a success, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all who attend.
