This recipient is truly a one-of-a-kind person who is always looking out for his/her neighbor and is always ready to help at a moment’s notice at community events. This individual is one who gives time, talents and resources to help others and is active
in social groups, as well as volunteers regularly. Jack was nominated for his efforts to raise nearly $100K for the Coldwater EMS

Jess and Ron were awarded Citizens of the year for their tireless efforts with the Mercer County Call Food Pantry. This award may be given to more than one group or person based on the number of recommendations from the community. The recipient should be of good character and one who demonstrates good moral values. This person or group is always looking for ways to help others and never asks for anything in return. The recipient of this award has been trying to improve the lives of our citizens for years. Volunteering at the hospital, hospice, bloodmobile, school functions, and church activities
are all ways for a community member to show that he or she cares about the well being of others

etc. This new award was presented to Brandon Rose, son of Joe and Kim Rose.
